France wheat flour to Gambia on a regular basis.
That flour is classified in France as Type 55, meaning
the flour is designed for various baking purposes and primarily for
bread baking. It is exactly the same flour as the one used
by bakeries in France.
BREAD IMPROVER INCORPORATED IN THE FLOUR!
In order to increase flour quality even more, we already incorporated
a bread improver in it. It is the same bread improver as the
one used in French bakeries.
